Our story starts with a dream and a lot of determination! Our humble roots began in Residential Housekeeping and over a decade ago we began the arduous task of  building a Commercial Janitorial & Grounds Maintenance Company that attended to our clients on a personal and case by case basis.

After 25 years in business and many bumps in the road, we have successfully built a Strong Family Business. We strive to run our business the way we imagined it long ago - with our core values in mind:

Our corporate headquarters are located in Pasco Washington. We proudly service the Pacific Northwest and currently hold contracts in Oregon, Washington & Idaho.  Our certifications include:
